Unit emulator #467

I would like to see a new feature in BWAPI that...

Allow us to create virtual BW units (instances of Unit class) and emulate all 
possible moves those units can do.
(Of course the whole game environment must be emulated too)

This may be very useful for agents that are use planning for finding their next 
move.
