Setup Nvidia TX2

Setup Nvidia TX2, OS need to reset.

• [ ] OS reset
• [ ] Packages downloaded , e.g. cudatoolkit
• [ ] connect with control board
• [ ] VNCserver for remote desktop.

Asked the previous lead for help, OS need to be reset to process further

Tried with using nano to setup tx2, but Nvidia JetPack doesn't support aarch linux. Need to install ubuntu on my PC to install flash JetPack into TX2 board for reset

Before next scrum I finish this task and put vncserver up for machine to use

setup ubuntu 18 and tried many times, but ubuntu freeze randomly. Can't flash the OS in. Also installed ubuntu 22, and under sdk manager it says it's not supported. Need to install ubuntu 18 back but need to fix the freeze screen issue.
