Investigate alternative port to flash Dev C Board other than SWD #48

Why: SWD ports are fragile, that SWD cable can be easily broken and the on-board circuit trace can be easily broken. Also, we have several Dev C boards whose SWD port is broken.

Todo: Investigate whether we can flash via DFU port to rescue compromised Dev C Boards.
