This includes various hot fixes that are needed for main based on errors caught by the community.

1. init_energy is sometimes nan inside of the job csv
2. remove commit hash and gro hash as we do not need them and could be a source of issues
3. added extra validation logging / steps
4. Includes error handing while creating from_job while we look for the root causes of the issue
