What new feature do you propose?

It will be advantageous for Dolphyn to manage H2 resources and demand in units of energy rather than mass. Let's convert all the mass units to energy units based on the higher heat value of H2.

We need to convert the H2 input in the synthetic fuel resources input file to energy instead of mass, that is leading to discrepancies when running examples with synthetic fuels such as Eastern US CSC
