getBestShiftConfiguration #33

No time to track this down tonight but another log issue for plot.bammdata

getBestShiftConfiguration returns an event data object that appears fails to plot correctly when log=T (no rate variation is shown in the examples I am working with

(but the default, with log=F, does not show this behavior)
