colors in plot.bammdata #7

Add support for log scale colors in plot.bammdata. The coloring scheme works poorly when there are a very small fraction of taxa with extremely high rates. I'm not sure if the log will solve the issue but it's something we should address.

I added support for log colors. Let me know if it improves the appearance.
