Shifting images with a single wavelength. #27

We have data that is too big to reconstruct in two colours on softworx so we are splitting the data before processing. Can we then process a single image and shift it without having a fixed image plane to move it relative to.

I can understand that this situation happens sometime. I, however, hate to cause chaos by making more options on GUI. Let me think what I can do in the next release.

I have added a function to combine image files with single wavelengths like you requested. Please use v0.90 and take a look at page 17 of the new document. I hope it works for you.
