Describe the bug I am using macs3 for peak calling in CUT&Tag data. But the output model.r files, when subjected to run using R studio, is giving error "Error: unexpected symbol in:".

To Reproduce macs3 callpeak -f BAM -t Merged_sorted_markdup.bam -c Mock_sorted_markdup.bam -g mm -p 0.01 -n Merged --keep-dup all --outdir ./MACS3Peaks

Expected behavior The model.r file is supposed to produce a pdf of data modelled. But it is giving a blank pdf. Screenshot from 2021-08-04 13-31-58 Screenshot from 2021-08-04 13-32-15

Hi, I have met the same problem. it seems like that RStudio or RUI has their own limitations for vector length. Maybe you can run 'Rscript model.r' in command-line shell instead.
