Variables in the GitLab custom executor README are incorrect #49

The variables in the README to be set for the custom executor are not the ones that the provided scripts run. The scripts use the same variables with the prefix CUSTOM_ENV_

I can make a PR for this, but do we want to keep the variables the same and change the readme or visa versa?

Personally I would change the variable names, but didnt know if there was a reason they were named this way
