[1.20.1] Console spammed with debug messages #11

Open evhub opened 2 months ago

I'm not 100% sure these are coming from Harder Farther, but they appear to be—whenever I have a player on the server, the server log is constantly spammed with these messages:

HFM sending difficulty, spawn:0.0 life:0.0 grim:0.0
Diff: 0.0
Player: EvHub Difficulty Here: 0.0

I'm using (which is the latest Harder Farther for 1.20.1 afaict):

Hey, sorry about that. I'll give that a look now.

FYI,

Harder Farther Core 46.1.0 replaces Harder Farther 46.29.1 .

I'm not sure exactly what will happen if you run both .

Harder Farther is replaced by

Harder Farther Core, Loot Control Utility, Harder Father Grim Citadel.

The original Harder Farther became too large and complex to maintain easily.

I'm pretty sure the debugging message is from the new Harder Farther Core. I'll look there first.

Could you please post your configuration file? It looks like that message only displays if the config file has debug level set to 2.

mactso commented 2 months ago

Okay, so I just tested the Harder Farther Core version 46.1.0

And I get those messages if the config file has the debug level set to 2, but I don't get them if the debug level is 0. The default value starts at 0.

Hopefully, your debug value is 2 and you can set it to 0 and that will resolve the problem.

All my debugLevels seem to be set to 0: https://gist.github.com/evhub/b49de9998feabcad5f062e25ecd8d169

I will try just removing Harder Farther Core and just using Harder Farther, though, and see if that works (I would just use Harder Farther Core, but then it seems like I wouldn't get Grim Citadels because Harder Farther Grim Citadels is only on 1.20.2 and I'm currently on 1.20.1, is that right?).

Ah, harder farther core is intended to replace harder farther. And it has a loot control utility and grim citadel mod.

I harder farther core and harder farther (old version) probably won't well together.
