The "Temporarily disable spawners" option instead of destroying them is great. Sometimes, however, there are spawners from other mods in such places that it would be worth destroying them. So I suggest adding a one-time item, difficult to craft (end game) and optional (to turn on in configuration file), which will be able to do this.
