[suggestion] add config to make spawners explode instead of spawning TNT

I'd like to have spawners immediately explode by default, but I understand that a lot of people would probably prefer to have some time to escape after breaking them. However, it would be cool if the TNT spawning and instant explosion features could be toggled via config (if the latter were to be added :)

I have a good idea how to do this. It's on the short list of development but doesn't have a date yet.
