MacVim channel error #469

MacVim sometimes fails to read channels. I cannot provide any specific details of the problem, but similar problems never appear in Vim proper.

@eirnym I don't use macvim anymore, so I have no idea.

Same for me, i stopeed using it because of the issues I was having. But i'll give it a try in these days & let you know.
