Fix typos and update github-repo reference #6

Edit-link in the compiled bookdown did not work; this should be fixed after recompiling. Also fixed typos and amended the course code.

Hi Malte! Thanks for jumping in! I think we did a bit of an overhaul in the last few weeks, making sure the issues are addressed, making the images local, and so on, but all ready now!

My pleasure! Will commit more when I'm preparing for the sessions. Just to make sure, the sessions are essentially based on this repository, right?
