Not possible to create a second file #27

If I click on settings, select file, I can not create a new one. Am I supposed to create a blank file from another app?

hmmm...I tried to create a blank file, but I can not select it after clicking the "select file" button. I created a .md file

and when I click on select file, not only is my new .md greyed out, but the default journal.md that I am already using is also greyed out.

I am able to create another .md file using another app and then select it and it works fine. Must depend on the device.

I am on a Samsung S20 Android v13.

Would love a new file feature because I end up needing to create new files whenever I hit about 80 kilobytes because the typing gets slower and more delayed.
