[F-Droid Recommendation] Update dependencies to git submodule form

[Add] External repos ... as git submodules instead of srclibs (You can update git submodules without opening an MR in this repo and the submodule is covered by our scanner.)

Consider which libraries would benefit from being added as submodules (possibly all of them).
