set executable permissions #136

Made the mistake of adding the docker-startup script using the github web interface rather pushing from my local branch. Because of this the file did not have executable permissions which prevents the docker images from running

docker: Error response from daemon: OCI runtime create failed: container_linux.go:367: starting container process caused: exec: "./docker-start.sh": permission denied: unknown.

Max could you please re-run the most recent workflow attempt so the docker images will be regenerated with the fixed file? Thanks

I triggered it for 1.8.1.giga13, but not sure if it's gonna use the new version from master ...

You are correct it doesn't use the new version. Will have to wait for the next release...
