dev fee? #204

I plot c8,and use gpu to farm, so I pay 3.125% as dev fee, I think it's worth. But, I just get 4 Blocks found in findchia pool and get no rewards to my wallet.so all rewards paid as dev fee! and I get total pay as pool rewards as 6.619412. 40.25 / 6.619412 100=15.10%!,the dev fee is too high for me
