Add -i CLI argument to provide a fixed plot ID for debugging #1026

I quickly added support for the -i CLI flag, which allows plotting a plot with a pre-defined plot ID. This matches what the chiapos and bladebit plotters support and is quite helpful in debugging and comparing plotters.
