same here, don't know where to see the debug.
Had the same problem*, nothing worked 128/256/512 buckets, getting better coolers or changing to another nvme.
The thing that made the plotter start working was a random comment from reddit.
i use DDR3 memory which runs at 1.5V, someone said that putting it too 1.6V helped him.
I tried it ... and now madmax works like a charm.
Random hangs, not refreshing and so on. To help with the refreshing of the command prompt window right click the command prompt icon top left->properties->disable quickedit mode.
After I restarted 1 more time it started working again. Weird.
same problem here with Ramdisk (with 2 nvme no problems) [P1] Table 1 took 17,24 sec then 2-5 mins and just exiting and returning to cmd
or creating 3 plots and finishing with press any key

It was running just fine, did about 17 plots in Windows 10, then suddenly, in command prompt, it apparently crashed and just returned to the command prompt. No errors, nothing to indicate anything was wrong. The last line of info was P1 table 5. I restarted it. Same thing right after p1 table 2.
