making page content into dropdown

As told earlier to @flawedworld and @madaidan that I found the long list of contents on the page before going to real information on the page quite cumbersome so I attempted to fix it. Now the visitors need not scroll but rather choose exactly whether they would like to go. Hope this is found useful.
