Update Google Pixel Minimum Model #74

Google Pixel 4 is EoL and should not intentionally be used since GrapheneOS extended support releases are not designed for this purpose, only for users of Pixel 4 who need more time to migrate to a supported device; update minimum model to the oldest supported device, Pixel 4a.

Probably it makes sense to increase the requirement to pixel 6 series. Since they had support for 5 years (when released), GOS only recommends those devices. 4a will be EOL in august.

Either would work, but it should at least be Pixel 4a since that is still supported; it just shouldn't be Pixel 4 since that is certainly EoL and doesn't hold up to the security or privacy standards set by the article.
