Author Box sidebar settings - empty Color and Caption Settings #26

I am in the All Author Boxes -> in a new Author box screen.

In the sidebar. There was a Default image that I replaced with another image and then removed it. Now the Default Picture just shows text.

Below is a Color Settings. Which is empty/blank. Caption Settings is also blank. I am guessing something needs to be added for the options to show. That means if the user is missing something that some placeholder text need to be added to explain why there are no settings there.

This should be fixed in the latest version.
