Implement doorbell notifications

Just wanted to get this in the right repo for tracking. (I think I originally commented in one of your other ones)

Anyway, you said that you need to add the following to homebridge-comelit-icona:

• ping
• decode of the incoming message (push notification)

Any updates? any info you can provide that I can help with?
