Preliminary builds of official FB Alpha 2012 core had many game drivers crashing, and screens rotated incorrectly.
Either:
a lot of work needs to be done to this to get it to work on the SF2000 (and probably other handhelds might benefit)
or
the codebase used for the stock version needs to be found/identified, adapted and built for multicore; this is likely the easiest path, and could replace the official FB 2012 code that is currently included here
