core update job

• configure run additional job and push above 4 parameters to it
• job itself should delete /opt/madcore /opt/plugins and reclone again
• clone branch + hard reset to specified commit

job should be run before selftests when --update flag is present in configure

BRANCH, COMMITID must be propagated from CLI to Core,

After new code fix is pushed especially for plugins and containers, CLI should be able to update the jobs and pull new code on Core.
