Add prefix for formatter image #787

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It could be a great idea to add an option "prefix path" in the class 
Bvb_Grid_Formatter_Image.
In my database I only stock the filename with extension, not the complete 
filepath.
What do you think about that?

Please insert the appropriate values;
                    Zend Framework version: 1.11.11
ZFDatgrid Version (Bvb_Grid::getVersion()): 0.8
