mass action - multi instances - observeCheckBox_ #861

                          Operating system: win32, redhat5
                               PHP Version: 5.35
               Database Server and version: mysql 5.5.8
                          Source Adapter: Bvb_Grid_Source_Zend_Select

Hi,

I got 3 Bvb_Grid instance on my action controller, with mass actions feature 
enable. (source in attachment : action_controller.txt).
Everything works fine except the javascript events observer on the last grid 
($vendorGrid)
It is strange but the js functions regarding the vendorGrid (not only the 
observeCheckBox_Vendor) are not append to the output (see html.txt)
