New monster evolutions missing #1060

A few of the newer evolutions (available in JP, not in NA yet) don't appear and can't be selected as target evos. As an example, Awoken Diaochan (#4583) can't be marked as a desired evolution from 3349 or 3350. This is happening to the June Bride cards, the reincarnated Archangel series, etc.

Everything is broken right now, it turns out we are in fact entirely reliant on me having a working dev environment because nobody else does :( I'll hopefully be back up and running in the next few days.

There's a pretty complete rewrite needed since a whole lot of evo mats have been replaced. Thanks for doing this, and I understand that it's a lot to put on volunteers: is there a real chance that this will still be maintained or should we migrate to something else at this point?

There's no rewrite needed for the changed evo mats. It's just a data thing. That only takes a few commands.

There's a slight rewrite needed for the evo mat stacking, especially with JSON uploads (which now only can be sniffed from iOS and rooted/old Android).

We don't mind if someone starts an alternative. I can even help them get and parse the data.

Is the source code available somewhere? We could help with pull requests and try to get this up and running.
