I think that there may be an issue with timeouts on upload. I have a slower upload speed on my connection and whenever I change toons the WoWThing Sync application initializes perfectly well and lists that it is going to upload. 10 seconds later I get another message "A task was cancelled". See below:

Looking at the release notes I see that you changed the timeout for uploads. Could the issue be that it is timing out as my connection for uploads is garbage?
