Update download URL for AdFind #49

I seem to get an error when I try this in a web browser: ERROR: download file NOT SPECIFIED. Perhaps making a POST request via PowerShell yields different results. @garunagiri can you triage this please?

@bluesentinelsec and @garunagiri I successfully tested with this new URL using curl and also tested in the PowerShell script when building the Windows VM and both worked with this new URL, while they both failed with the original URL. I found the new URL by going and inspecting the source for the download site for AdFind.

Just my two cents...
