Laravel 6 & 7 support #162

The package seems to work fine in Laravel 6 and 7, it just needs the composer dependency updating.

I have created a fork of this project here: https://packagist.org/packages/asdfx/laravel-fullcalendar, and added the support of Laravel 6.0 and 7.0, and started adding unit tests

Feel free to use it, as I think that this project is abandoned.
