Can't install with libpcap 1.9.1/1.10 #11

This module cannot be installed with libpcap 1.9.1 or 1.10. It still works with 1.8.

Not sure if you were aware.

Unfortunately the patch shown at https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1612860 makes it fail to build on older libpcap so isn't suitable for CPAN.
