Support latest VS Code stable #11

Thanks for the updates, it works great so far! Could you decrease the requirement of VS Code to the latest stable (1.21.1)? I'm using VS Code at work and I don't want to force my colleagues to use Insiders.

Edit: Sorry, never mind. The 1.22 stable will be out in a few days
