Some tutorials (the 4 changed here) use Vue to set up the tutorial. It seems like a recent update to Vue (currently on 3.2.31) may have broken backwards compatability, and so when we don't specify the version it breaks. This specifies that we'll use the same version that create.html (in WoofJS) uses, which fixes issues seen with these tutorials.
