Steps to Reproduce:
I installed a Vesta update with YUM and it restored my sites nginx configurations to the default values, killing my sites. The same for ssl certificates and php-fpm configurations.
I did have a backup of all the conf files and certificates, so it was an easy fix, but this should not be happening on a Vesta update right?
