In 2.0 Global flag is missing #71

Just as the title,I need the Global Flag in my program but it is missing. Do you forget to add it?Thanks.I found it in 1.1.1 so maybe it was deleted.

Hi, we decided to ditch the world / region flags in 2.0. Sorry you miss them, but you can still use the old assets directly. :)
