Blocks and assets required for new sir-trevor version #9

Text block updated, list block renamed. Tweet block now directly references auto_link from Twitter. Fonts added to assets directory as they are no longer in css.

Someone will want to think about where the fonts are placed and how they are referenced from the asset pipeline.
