This might be a useful feature and it seems would be a very simple one to implement: basically to hint in the UI (probably the toolbar) with a red exclamation icon whenever there is an error in the javascript iframe in which the component was loaded. This would bring more awareness to the developer on the components throwing errors happening at the JS if any.
