Use of loaders #95

Is it possible to add loaders to indicate that content is loading? Currently for big data and/or slow networks you do not have any indication that the content is being loaded, after several seconds of waiting one may think that there is a issue and nothing is happening.

There is an indication (dots every... 10 or 100 records) in the standard output of the server (maybe only with castor-load-csv, if not castor-load, I did not retrieve the exact location of that code). If you use ezmaster (the last version), it's in the logs. But, it's not visible from the web side, to the users.
