Make slave_machine.py use information embedded in the .zip file for its configuration #111

This gets rid of dimensions.in and the hard coded parameters in the startup 
scripts, like -a, -p, --keep_alive, etc.

This makes updating bots all at once much safer. This requires updating the zip 
code to contain more information, likely in a new json file embedded in 
swarming_bot.zip itself.
