Add support for android bots #127

Requirements:
1. udev script.
2. bot turn down on device disapearing, hanging, etc.
3. bot process handling on usb reset, e.g. to not start two bots for a single 
device.
4. host reboot on adb hang.

I'm closing this bug since it's not going to be worked on in the medium term.
