Create register_ip #1

Hi Ruben,

Not sure what this example really adds, I wasn't planning on adding all api calls as examples and this is mostly the same as the new session example. People will need to read the API docs and understand them before being able to use this API wrapper.

I am planning on making more thorough example scripts of all three of the Use Cases described on https://doc.bunq.com/ where this particular call is part of the first, if you want you could make a start on that?
