Till drawer doesn't open #12

Hey guys, Is the till drawer on a timer when it comes to opening at checkout? Strange thing is, two days in a row, the till drawer wouldn't open from 4p.m. onwards. Jason just turned the power off then turned it back on, and it works again. Please advise.

This seems to be a daily occurrence. Any ideas?
