PTH Design for off the shelf non SMD components #8

It has been suggested from user feedback that a PTH design for easy non SMD
DIY assembly and off the shelf components would be good.

My thoughts:

1. I am concentrating on SMD designs, so would be good if someone puts
their hand up to do the PCB, current Schematics are available online as a
starting point. 

2. More user input would be good.
