I have:

Created a basic file structure to launch & style the homepage and the mentor & mentee sign-up pages
Updated the readme to include:
- The file structure
- A more comprehensive overview of the service provided through the platform
- How to run the app

Once you have set up the database / figured out how it should be set up, I will import/connect those files to the main file (app.py) as well.

The file structure is as follows:

Main folder:
- The main file, "app.py", which launches the page (Flask and all HTML/CSS files are linked/imported to this file)
- Subfolders: Templates and Static
- Templates folder:
- All HTML files (one for each URL extension)
- Static folder:
- All CSS files (one for each URL extension)
