Not sure what @jonathantneal's criteria are for plugins in postcss-preset-env, but I for one wouldn't be comfortable with people using this in a set and forget kinda way without explicitly including it. It's way too fragile and doesn't come close to actually polyfilling subgrids (impossible w/o JS), it just shims one use-case
