When adding a "custom feed" it's not clear what's happening #222

I clicked "Add Feed" and nothing really happened visually (no loading icon for instance).. then eventually, for a short time, some text popped up, I think saying {data: true}

I'm assuming the "true" is indication it added successfully (which it has), but it's not very user friendly.

Another one down! It now has a loading spinner on addition for more clarity and implements a loading spinner next to the component #245
