Implement testing on merge into main #246

There are a few important aspects we should test for before merge into main is allowed. I'll add more as I create more of a list

Frontend

[x] Test for successful project compilation
[ ] Test for existence of Settings Component
[x] Test for existence of Home Component
[ ] Test for existence of Saved Component
[ ] Test for existence of History Component
[ ] Test for existence of Downloads Component
[ ] Test for existence of Search Component
[ ] Test for existence of Queue Component
[ ] Test for existence of Podcasts Component
[ ] Test for existence of Saved Component

Backend Tests

[x] Test Adding Podcast to Database
[ ] Test Saving Podcast
[ ] Test Pulling Home, saved, history, download, and Podcast Feeds
[ ] Test Adding pod to history
[ ] Test Pulling User Stat Data
[ ] Test Adding User
[ ] Test Downloading Episode

Basic Testing has been implemented. Additional Backend tests should be implemented for additional validation on the frontend and backend. List created above of additional tests
